Productivity 101 (“the app”, “we”) helps you track focused work sessions. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account info: if you create an account, your email address (and, for Google sign-in, the basic profile Google returns). Used only to authenticate you and sync your data across your devices.
- Your app data: the tasks, work/break sessions, settings and derived stats you create in the app.
- We do not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or browsing history, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How it’s stored
- If cloud sync is enabled, your data is stored with our backend provider (Supabase) and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is restricted so only your account can read or write your data.
- If you use the app without an account, your data stays only on your device.
How it’s used
- Solely to provide the app’s functionality (sync, stats, badges, reminders).
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Your choices
- Delete your account and data anytime: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
- You can use the app offline / without an account.
Permissions
- Microphone / speech recognition: only for optional hands-free voice control of the timer. Audio is processed for command recognition and not stored by us.
- Notifications: only to deliver the work-target reminders you enable.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
